hmm went to band with u guys today..
some things to bring up..
Sec 1sermm SL i dunno whether u all are dunno ur job..
well winds are pretty good.. especially clarinets..the guys are great !
but brasses sounded bad.. SL start teaching them how to play notes and read notes..
yup.. keep it going man !! pass on the generation ! =)
Main bandu guys did a good job in jericho today..
especially my beloved trumpets! BS become a star player..
not forgetting the fantastic horns we have.. and saxophone too!
others arent that bad..
lower brass.. tuba, eupho and trombone needa match the volume of trumpet !
trombone like 5 times louder pls..
eupho,some parts are meant for u all to action ! go above the band for those parts..
tuba tone abit muddy! play with more air ! =)
clarinets basically have to do with the technic.. practice ur fingerings! be more daring and play ! =)
flutes are alright..but lower sec try to play louder ... and eliminate the airy if possible..

but its difficult.. its damn difficult i would say..
but today;s sight reading was pretty good.. melody audible and not that bad..
horns own the band in sight reading.. wat wrong with qingtong? flying above.. everyone lets fly tgt ! =)
winds u guys have to clear the running stage and that will be ok..
this song need a damn pro trumpet section..
and yes, we have a potential trumpet section.. so wait ya ?
BS will do the magic !
everyone put effort in mastering the song..

Attitude and disciplineermm heard lots of complains abt u guys ..
well today's prac was ok.. issit becuz i'm here.. hope its not ah..
but one thing i dun like is, talking during the prac..
conductor passing knowledge.. u absorb them.. dun di siao, chit chat like u were eating kit kat.. =p
percussion.. watch out ah..
despite that, they still play well for the invictus.. so still not that bad..
try to control..
and DUN EVEN THINK OF SMSING!
